Nestled in the hills of Mulmur Township, you'll find a museum that was once known as the Dufferin County Museum & Archives. It's now home to many important artifacts from our county's history - including those collected by pioneer societies.
The story behind this change is just one example how far we have come since 1963 when Shelburne had its very own pioneer society with only 125 residents living here at that time. Today there are over 20 thousand people who call themselves "Shelburnians" which includes descendants or visitors alike."
The MoD Museum is a tribute to the people and places that make up our Ontario landscape. The community has come alive at these events where they can enjoy hands-on exploration in addition their traditional artifacts found throughout each gallery space - making new memories while also strengthening connections between themselves.
GTA travellers have been turning to check out this quaint little town. Whether you're just stopping for a quick stop or looking into setting up your life here, we've got what it takes! Our friendly community hub has enthralling exhibits on things like the arts and culture scene as well as travel information that will help get all those visit ideas flowing – there's no denying how beautiful our views are from every side of everything too (not an easy feat considering these parts really do offer something different). And if toilets aren't enough reason alone... Well then maybe their gift shop full-length mirrors might convince them otherwise ;)
